Inviting other coaches to your organization
You can invite any coach from any discipline to collaborate on FYTT. We strongly encourage interdisciplinary collaboration through the platform to improve the quality and completeness of care for athletes (see Institution Teams and Permissions for more info on who can see what).
INVITING OTHERS TO THE INSTITUTION
Inviting another manager to the institution gives them access to all teams and content. To invite someone, just click on the "Managers" item on the institution dashboard, then click the "Add Manager" button in the top right of the screen. Provide the email of the person you want to invite, then click "Send." The person will receive an email from FYTT inviting them to join your institution.
INVITING OTHERS TO A SINGLE TEAM
If you want to invite someone to a single team rather than giving them access to the entire institution, just navigate to the team's dashboard, then click the "Invite Coach" button. Provide the person's email address and the relevant user type, then click "Send." They will receive an email from FYTT inviting them to join the team.
