Program KPI tests

Automating athlete data collection within a program

A useful feature of FYTT is the ability to build tests into your programs. For instance, if you wanted to test athlete's abilities on several Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at the beginning or end of a program, you can add these tests within the program's workouts (see the KPIs guide for more info on creating KPIs and their tests).

After an athlete executes and records a workout with a test, the system automatically creates a KPI measurement for the athlete. These measurements will then be used going forward to make individualized exercise prescriptions (see the Workouts guide for info on adding tests to a workout).

At a high level, the program structure might look something like this:

This is an oversimplification, but the point is that you can essentially add KPI tests to build in auto-regulation triggers, which makes your programs more dynamic and individualized.
