Configuring sessions for execution within a facility
After you've setup your tablets, you can assign a facility to sessions. Starting a session with an assigned facility will automatically activate the tablets and display the relevant workouts for athletes at each station.
ASSIGNING FACILITIES
Facilities can be assigned to sessions in one of three ways:
- From the session menu on the calendar.
- From a single session within a program.
- To all sessions within a program (this is usually preferred).
Each method is described below.
ASSIGN A FACILITY TO A SESSION FROM THE CALENDAR
To assign a facility to a single session from the calendar, click on the session to open the session card. Then click "Edit" in the top right corner to open the session form. Use the "Facility" select field to select which of the team's facilities you want to assign to the session.
ASSIGN A FACILITY TO A SESSION IN A PROGRAM
You can also assign facilities to individual sessions within a program. From the program interface, click on a session to open up the session form. Then use the "Facility" select field to select your desired facility.
ASSIGN A FACILITY TO ALL SESSIONS IN A PROGRAM
Lastly, you can assign a facility to all sessions in a program. When creating a new program or changing the settings of an existing program, you can use the "Facility" select field to assign a facility to all the program's sessions. If needed, you can override the program-level facility within individual sessions (as shown above).
